have more than twelve years’ experience in L&D, Bizdev, AM and ecommerce fields across diverse industries. During my years of experience in four multinational companies, I have worked in collaboration with employees from entry to senior management level with optimal results. One of my objectives is geared towards employee performance and productivity. Proven success in leveraging educational theories and methodologies to plan, design, direct and develop successful L&D programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the organization employees to help make them more productive and integrate instructional technology to provide successful onsite and virtual training. I aim to use the fullest of my expertise in training needs identification, designing of training programs and a highly effective feedback process in order to achieve this goal.
