A- Design Development:-
1- Develop the designs as per requirement and technical requirements.
2- Prepare the Architectural drawings as per project stages.
3- Prepare the Architectural Details as per project requirements.
4- Review & approve the designs according to client's requirements and feedback.
5- Technical coordination with different engineering displines to meet the client's requirements.
6- Join the work review meetings with clients if requested.
7- Follow up to get the final stamps from the relevant departrments
8- Prepare the Technical Reports as per projects requirements.
9- Site Visits for surveys or verifications.
10-Coordinate with Quantity Surveying section to complete the BoQ's & specifications in accordance to project requirements.
11-Prepare official letters.
2- 3D Modeling & Presentations:
1- Prepare 2d presentations, 3d views, full presentations, posters, and any related materials. 2- Power Point presentations.
3- Graphic Design & Brochures.
