Bryan is a lifelong West Virginia native, a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and certified GrowthWheel advisor, with 15+ years of experience with Fortune 500 companies in product development, marketing, and B2B Sales. In 2014 he launched Scaleable Ventures, Inc. and Co-Founding the marketing platform and later cofounded the coffee roasting company, Hill Tree Roastery.

Past experiences have brought him opportunities to partner in entrepreneurial initiatives with West Virginia University, Marshall University, the WV Department of Education, Robert C. Byrd Institute, Advantage Valley and the WV Small Business Development Center to provide business coaching, web development, and marketing support to those looking to start a new business or expand their established business.

He has also developed the curriculum and program for WV’s first Global Accelerator Network member business accelerator, TEN50, through the Robert C. Byrd Institute. In its first year, the program worked with 20 WV based startups as they developed, launched, and expanded their businesses.

Most recently, Bryan codeveloped CoWorks. This is Huntington, WV's first coworking facility to help support the local entrepreneurial community as well as further increase economic development.

My business experience includes sales and marketing, website development, business consultation, operations, finance, and project management.

I have accomplishments in a wide range of business settings including more than five years in the development of strategic alliances with software, tech., and product based companies like Verizon, Frontier, and numerous startups as the Director of TEN50 Business Accelerator. I also have extensive experience in the creation of go to market strategies in working with startups, nonprofit initiatives, and Fortune 500 companies.

Additionally, I have gained a wealth of knowledge in the successful design of economic and entrepreneurial programs, business accelerators, as well as creating and managing regional marketing strategies and fiscal budgets, analyzing financial data, and the development of sales teams and processes. I also have a strong record of accomplishment in process improvement, data analysis, the achievement of profitability and growth objectives through highly productive teams. My background has provided many opportunities in providing independent startup consultation and website development services for newly formed small businesses across the country.
