I am currently an office manager for a roofing company. I maintain the bank accounts, weekly payroll, and payroll taxes. I mainly work with Quickbooks and Excel. I have been working here for 11 years. Prior to that I worked in the banking industry. I was a head teller and in charge of balancing our vault, along with my drawer, and customer deposits. I also volunteer at my church. I am in charge of our gift card program. It requires me to enter orders each week into an online system, then I am required to balance that with the inventory, document the details in a spreadsheet and work with another person to make sure everything is correct.
