My name is Lubna Dib Amer Al - Amarat Living in Jordan , i was employed as an administrative assistant and air freight manager directly  to the General manger office in clearance and shipping company

I'm doing all business managerial and coordination relating to any information collection and correspondence and consignment procedures whether for the export or the import shipment each according to the situation, The issuance of necessary data and the revision of shipments, Management meetings with customers inside and outside the country, make the monthly repot about the declaration and work for air freight department , outdoor sales, with all the management skills follow up the work with the accounting department for the work and prepare the statement for the admin and for the customer, also I have very good experience in land and ocean fright

2003 / 6 month in the industrial zone in Jordan working with the manufacturing firm as a HR assistant and shipping purchasing manager assistant which I left it early because it was so far away I had 2 hours to get there and I get sometime late

1999- 2001:- United nation University International Leadership Academy (Executive Secretary) the main duties was preparing the paper work and search program and correspondence In and Out academy, make sure that every thing on time and prepared with all the government, approvals make weekly report about the status to the GM, prepare weekly report about budget for the office expenses (In & Out) the finance statement,
